GIZMO SHOP would like to know immediately if you experience any problems with your purchase. Please contact us by e-mail at
shop@gizmoshop.jp prior to returning an item so we may solve your problem in the most convenient way possible.
Items are warranted for 30 days or 6 months or 1 year depending on item. All warranty periods begin on the date you received.

Return / Exchange Information

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you may return it. Please note the following conditions.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All exchanges/returns MUST be done within seven (7) days of the delivery.
NEW items must be in brand new condition and returned in the manufacturer's original and undamaged box. All manufacturer's
packing materials, accessories and original UNSIGNED warranty cards must also be in perfect condition and included.
Returns/Exchanges MUST be shipped PREPAID to Gizmo Shop.

Packing Tips

Pack in original packing whenever possible.
Wrap each item individually and secure it with tape.
If original packing is unavailable, choose an appropriate size box for the item(s) to be returned in to avoid
bouncing around in the box.
Bubble wrap, packing peanuts or newspaper are the preferred packing materials.
Keep a list of the items being returned or exchanged for reference.
